I became interested in nutrition because of my interest in food, which I had always liked, and my experience caring for my grandfather who had severe dementia.
However, as a company employee myself, working from 8:00 to 22:00 every day, I have become keenly aware of the difficulty of maintaining a healthy diet.
I don't have time to cook for myself. However, eating out is high in calories. After gaining weight, I completely changed my eating habits.

Even I, a nutritionist, was having trouble managing my health, and my colleagues at work were having the same problem.
